At Walmart I was primarily tasked with designing, editing, and optimizing UI site modules, Site pages, Banners, Email marketing assets, and wireframes using Figma, Workfront, AEM, and Sharepoint. The first four projects were easily the most demanding, complex, and tightest deadline situations I’ve ever been a part of. The Toys experience pages required several weeks of 100 total hours of work each week. It required constant revisions, daily task changes, working with offshore teams, and designing with extreme precision, with no room for error since this was a brand new launch. The toys experiences main objective was converting a long standing print catalog to a digital format, and a completely new process overall. 75 pages with over 10,000 unique assets showcasing over 1000 items. My expertise in understanding creative projects end-to-end allowed me to shepherd this complex project through various challenges, and coordinate with my cross functional partners to deliver high quality work within the ambitious 2-month timeframe. This resulted in 16.9 million visits, $113M in revenue and over 1000 orders.
I created design systems to accelerate asset delivery time including asset libraries, component/variant libraries.
I did a QA processes to ensure image quality was up to par and brand standard, and made necessary changes to meet those goals.
I converted old site projects done in Photoshop to Figma.
